A native of New Jersey, Aaron discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 14 in a culinary high school, while working under some of New Jersey’s finest chefs. Having graduated from Johnson & Wales, Aaron has called Rhode Island his home ever since and over the years has been Executive Chef / Culinary Director at many local favorites, such as Providence Oyster Bar, D’Carlo’s Trattoria, Providence G Restaurant Group, co-owner at Cook & Dagger, and most recently Executive Chef of Newport Restaurant Group’s Boat House Waterfront Dining in Tiverton, RI. His extensive culinary career has allowed him to become an expert in various styles of cooking and types of cuisine. Aaron’s continued love of learning brings him to many different seminars, chef-collaboratives and food incubators, where he continues to gain invaluable knowledge in sustainability practices and the use of regional foods. Aaron is proud to bring his love of food and hospitality to The Martucci Group.
Jarred has been a Rhode Island native all his life and started in the restaurant business at 14 years old, bussing tables in a local Italian restaurant and worked his way up the ranks to become a server, and later a bartender there. Jarred then went on to work for another Italian restaurant in South Kingstown, and ended up leaving there as the restaurant manager in January 2013, to take a position with Newport Restaurant Group. Jarred spent the last 6+ years with NRG as restaurant manager at Hemenway’s in Providence and later restaurant manager at Waterman Grille on the East Side of Providence. In 2018, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager at Boat House in Tiverton, RI. Jarred's time spent managing operations at various restaurants throughout Rhode Island has given him extensive experience in hospitality and restaurant operations and The Martucci Group is thrilled to have Jarred join the senior management team. Raised in North Kingstown and currently residing in Warwick, when not running the day-to-day operations at Besos, Safehouse and The Trap, he spends his time with his wife Olivia, his son Brady and their two dogs.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Erika is an enthusiastic and innovative professional with extensive experience in event management, administration, and human services. She is passionate about event planning and utilizes her skills and knowledge to develop, coordinate and manage meetings, special occasions, wedding festivities, networking and corporate events. After completing her bachelor’s degree at Salve Regina University, Erika’s passion for events, people and education led her to serve in the private and non-profit sector. Due to her love for event planning, she continued event consulting for nearly 10 years on the side, before she decided to enter the event industry full-time with Kristin Nicole Events. During her time at Kristin Nicole Events, they received the Rhode Island’s Best Choice Award for event planning. Erika is an active member of the event industry and believes in giving back to the community through volunteering whenever possible. Erika’s gifts of organization, meticulous attention to detail, creative imagination, and contagious enthusiasm have earned her a reputation for excellence as an event planner and coordinator. She prides herself on her talent for envisioning, organizing, and overseeing the onsite execution of events. With an adaptable, optimistic attitude, she provides thorough and heartfelt service to ensure the perfect experience to each one of her clients.
