Jarred has been a Rhode Island native all his life and started in the restaurant business at 14 years old, bussing tables in a local Italian restaurant and worked his way up the ranks to become a server, and later a bartender there. Jarred then went on to work for another Italian restaurant in South Kingstown, and ended up leaving there as the restaurant manager in January 2013, to take a position with Newport Restaurant Group. Jarred spent the last 6+ years with NRG as restaurant manager at Hemenway’s in Providence and later restaurant manager at Waterman Grille on the East Side of Providence. In 2018, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager at Boat House in Tiverton, RI. Jarred's time spent managing operations at various restaurants throughout Rhode Island has given him extensive experience in hospitality and restaurant operations and The Martucci Group is thrilled to have Jarred join the senior management team. Raised in North Kingstown and currently residing in Warwick, when not running the day-to-day operations at Besos, Safehouse and The Trap, he spends his time with his wife Olivia, his son Brady and their two dogs.
Ashley was born and raised in upstate New York and moved to Rhode Island in 2013 to finish her marketing degree and to be closer to her newlywed twin sister. And she has lived here ever since. Ashley has been working in the hospitality business since she was 15, when she started as a hostess, then worked as a server and eventually a bartender. Ashley takes pride in the fact that she gained her work ethic and bar knowledge through the Lanzi’s Franchise in her hometown of Mayfield, New York. Their motto always being, “A little work will never hurt you.” It is that simple approach that has carried four generations of Lanzi’s to their success within their three, now growing to four establishments. Ashley gained a lot of event planning and catering knowledge from role at the 7 Horse Pub located in Saratoga Springs, New York. Soon after moving to Rhode Island, Ashley found The Trap to be her new home as a bartender and she has been with The Martucci Group ever since. Within a short time at the company, she grew her role to help run the beverage department and from there moved into being the manager of The Trap. In November 2019, Ashley was promoted to Director of Private Events and Catering Sales and currently oversees events and catering operations for all five Martucci Group brands. Ashley enjoys working with the public and making her customers' visions come to life through her exceptional attention to detail and love of the hospitality industry.
